INSIDE THE FORMULA
Read the bottle.
Understand the job.
We make the differences easy to compare, from the active ingredient in the gel to the nutrients in the watering solution.
0.31% IBA
A rooting hormone in a gel.
Indole-3-butyric acid, or IBA, is the active ingredient. The water-based gel holds the treatment against the cut stem as the cutting begins to form roots.
The published label lists 0.31% IBA and 99.69% other ingredients.
Explore Rooting Gel ↗1-0.6-1
Nutrition you measure into water.
The published guaranteed analysis lists 1% nitrogen, 0.6% available phosphate and 1% soluble potash, with calcium, magnesium and trace elements.
This is a concentrate for clones and seedlings. Use the dilution directions on your bottle.
Compare nutrient sizes ↗FoliarCARE
A separate step for the leaves.
The ready-to-use Mist label lists calcium nitrate and dipotassium phosphate as nutrient sources. Spray foliage as directed, without mixing a watering batch.
Choose the 100 ml or 750 ml spray. Mist Concentrate is a different format with separate directions.

KNOW WHAT GOES WHERE
Good starts
are in the details.
Gel belongs at the cut stem. Mist goes on the foliage. Clone Solution is measured into water for nutrition. Understanding those differences keeps your propagation routine clear.

THE PRACTICAL TRADEOFFS
What helps.
What still needs your care.
Choose a product for the step it supports, then plan for the handling that comes with it.
Why it fits the bench
- Gel stays where you apply it.The viscous texture keeps the treatment in contact with the stem during preparation and planting.
- Mist skips the measuring step. The ready-to-use spray suits growers who want a separate foliar application without preparing a concentrate.
- One nutrient, several growing setups.Clone Solution can be used with soil, rockwool, other soilless media and hydroponic systems, following its directions.
What to plan for
- Keep the main gel supply clean.Pour out a small working amount. Do not dip cuttings into the original container or return used gel to it.
- Ready-to-use means more liquid to store.A spray bottle is convenient, but its volume cannot be compared directly with a nutrient concentrate.
- Concentrates need careful measuring.Mix Clone Solution as directed. Healthy parent plants, suitable moisture, light and drainage still matter to the result.
Rooting time varies with the plant and growing conditions. No bottle can promise that every cutting will take.

BEFORE YOU START
A few useful answers.
Which product goes on the cut stem?
Rooting Gel is applied to the freshly cut stem before planting. Mist is a foliar spray, while Clone Solution is diluted for nutrition. Follow each product label.
Can I use the same quantity for every product?
No. Rooting Gel, ready-to-use Mist and concentrated Clone Solution have different directions. Check the bottle before measuring or applying.
How quickly will a cutting root?
Timing depends on the plant, cutting material and growing conditions. Inspect the cutting and its roots rather than relying on a universal number of days.
